Shipping And Handling

Delivery is free for all orders and will typically take between 24 and 48 hours for a process of delivery.
Any customer who is willing to receive his items within 4 working days has to add an extra fee so we can deliver the item by EMS speed post. For more details please contact us by email.

Delivery Schedule

Your goods will be dispatched after 1 day providing the order is placed before 2pm. All orders placed after 2 pm will be dispatched the 2 days and should arrive within 24 hours. Any orders placed before 2pm on a Friday will be dispatched for a Monday delivery. If you have an urgent order that requires a Saturday delivery we can arrange this for an extra charge of on the shipping company you require. All deliveries are made via Registered Airmail Post, UPS or DHL. Orders to Europe and America take between 7 and 12 working days depending upon location and charges are applied based on weight, size and destination.

Back Orders

If your item is not in stock, a warning message will appear in the check out and you will have the option to select a different item, proceed with the order or to cancel the entire order. We will keep you updated with expected delivery dates via email and your login area that is accessed via our secure server. You will always be emailed with the option to cancel your order if you would rather not wait.

Guarantee

All of our radios come with a 1 year guarantee. Batteries come with a 6 months guarantee. With irrigation equipment we are always happy for you to buy more than you think you will need and to return the excess items to us providing they are not modified or destroyed etc.

Returns Policy

If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it for either a refund excluding the shipping cost or exchange within 7 days of receipt. Refunds (excluding shipping cost) will be made back onto the Paypal the order was placed with. Return costs are at your expense unless on the rare occasion the item is faulty. In the rare event your purchase is incorrect, damaged or faulty we will arrange collection from you free of charge.
